DNHHC is founded with our passion for yoga and we would like to spread that love to more and more people. We not only teach yoga we seek to create a yoga community where one can practice self care and begin a journey towards good health.

We incorporate precise cues and pose breakdowns to help students understand the movements of their bodies and the path to personal growth that leads to a keen sense for embracing the connectedness of the body, mind and breath.

We also believe in the power of naturopathy, home remedies and counselling to heal the body and mind which not only enhance but also extend the quality of life of our students & participants.
