Discounts are given through coupon codes and offers displayed on the website. Discounts can be availed only if the full payment is done. The payment page will clearly show discounts and dates. Receipts for payments will be given during the program or will be sent to you by email or post. Prices for our workshops may change at any time but will always be announced clearly on our website. If a program is filled to capacity, it should show as unavailable but in the rare instance that a transaction takes place when the program is full, you will be given a full refund. In the rare instance that an event is canceled for reasons beyond our control, you will be informed and you will be given a full refund. In such cases, you will also have the choice to allow us to keep the money towards another event or purchase. In case there is a change of date, venue or time for a program you will be informed. In case of a major change, you will have the choice to ask for a full refund. In such cases, you will be given the choice of actually receiving a refund or keeping it towards a future program.
